Fairview - A Member's First CJ

Hey all.  This is my first CJ here, and I hope you'll like it!  In the pictures, you may notice something familiar about my region. This region is in fact the preset Fairview region from in-game.  Another thing you'll notice is that I'm using the basic click-and-drag lot zoning.  I do not have any BATs, although I'm thinking about possibly getting the STEX disc.  Anyway, I'm done talking, here are the pictures.

Update 1: New Beginnings

Armando

This is the industrial/commercial section of Armando. Armando was the hardest city to build because of the bad lot positioning. There was barely any room to build.

This is the residential part of Armando.

The Armando Bridge.  This is currently the only bridge connecting the two parts of Fairview.

Champangon

Champangon (Sham-Pan-Yon) is one of the cities connected to Armando. It's connected by the residential part of the avenue.

This is the downtown area of Champangon.  Sorry about the bright green school. I'm not sure how to turn that off.

This is where the avenue transfers to Interstate 7. Behind it is the smaller residential houses.

Region View

This is the region view as of right now, Fanton, Kiratin, Randall, and Iopa will come later.

This is a great start, your city looks really nice!!!!

I do recommend downloading some custom content such as a water modd and the NAM.

Anyway good luck on this cj and i will definatly be back for future updates!!!!

I would recommend getting some custom content; I would encourage you to follow through with your plan to get the STEX DVD/CD. I would recommend getting the NAM like Hawkeye said and maybe a terrain and/or water mod.

Nice start, but you need download new buildings and some mods to ameliorate your game and have a better choice to build your city.

Nice cities.

Few things,

-Maybe if you didn't have the strait city boundries, they look really bad.

-Water mod and terrain mod would rock.

-More custom content to make you cities look perfect. (Look at the STEX and Modds & Downloads areas of ST)

-Get NAM

Your cities are nice and I will be here lurking.
