wishfulanthony:  Why thank you.  The houses where a little tricky to get built (even with maxis blocker).  So i just decided to plop most of them. Kinda hard to tell but there are many different varitations.

jill jacobs:  Thank you.  The western bats are certainly top quality (thanks to onlyplace4)  I am not sure what you mean by "time moves differently in that part of the world", but thanks anyway .

Hawkeye9:  Thanks for having an interest, if you do not have a real idea for a building i would suggest one if the stex was working with me .

Please, still apply for an embassy if you have a city journal.  I have a small update coming so hopefully i can get it worked out right now with photobucket.

starrychelx:  Thank you for applying for an embassy.Genevoa could certaintly have an embassy in Covina.  The embassies will come around the 6-8 update-this is the 3.  When the stex is working for me again i will look up those buildings.

Twenty20:  Thank you, the old pics are going to be around for a while as i am telling the history of Covina.  In the future i will have to find another photoshoping tool to use.

starrychelx:  Thank you for telling me this, if your building does not fit into the city, i would like you to possibly have a back-up, mid-story building the could be used instead.  

Update 3:  New Guys in Town

One sunny day in covina, the citizens awaited the first shipment of supplies from the mother country Coste Verde.  What they did not know is that many people in their home country were sick and tired of the newly appointed king.   The new king was a tyrant and he was not a suitable king for such a big country.  

A few weeks after King Pablos had taken full control, he demanded that all sister/cousin/brother/daughter/son/(you get the point ) countries must be governed by a chosen governor...of course the king would choose.  

The new governors were the most horrible people that the cititizens had ever seen.  They forced hard labor, slaves to suffer, factories to pollute, townspeople to die...except for one noble.  

This noble was known as fat joe-which the people called him-but his real name was Joesoph Rodriguez.   Joe-for short-was a middle-aged man who was as lazy as one could be. He was only appointed governor of Covina because of his past relationship with the kings daughter...and his wealth.  Being the lazy man he was, he sent a small group of richer townspeople to make ready his establishments.  These people took advantage of there duties and began new settlements...fully funded by the Governor himself.

Here you can see the new technology that had never been brought to Covina.  The easiest way to make crop circles.

The place of this new technology was were the nobles set up their homes and farms.  Here is the new Boxing Co.  This was the factory were crops where boxed and shipped to Coste Verde.

A new greenhouse idea is tested also.

Great update , i like your fields and that boxing companyI would like an Embassy.  The Nexis Embassy would allow people from all my CJ's to feel safe if they lost there passport!

Well just a little message here for people who want an embassy in covina.  At this point in time, large skyscrapers will not be preferred as the cities skyline is not exactly supertall.  if you are having trouble finding the right building here are my suggestions, you can also post your own suggestion (prefferably with a link).  it must be ploppable tho.  if you would like one of the buildings listed below, please post so no one else may take it.

can i have my big skyscraper 1 as the embassy but it is the 1st super tower and it is a world finance center with it, then it kinda balances out then you would start to radically add stuff and it would benefit it both and i whant the ghangzu 1 by dmscopio best for the embassy

Love it so far, but is it just me or does the map you provided with its location not match the region in SC4 at all? One is an island off the coast of South America, one is a group of islands at a river delta...

Strange. But other than that I adore what you have done.

starrychelx: i am a bit confused by what you are saying right now. the velescoma i believe is one of the tallest buildings in the game right??? if so i can't use that. The ghangzu should be able to be used in downtown.
