Ok, same story with the water textures. I get the "black box" with the file name and then .exec after I unarchive the Zip. Does anybody have any idea what I'm doing wrong now? Or if there is a special website. I cannot find it on the BSC Mac Archive so I guess I need some help. PS: Hamish / Zelgadis Thanks for your help, I finally got the water textures and I will have the City Journals released A.S.A.P (Until I get the EURO Road thingy)

That "Black box" is what you need to put through file juicer. It is an .exe file.

Firstly, make sure you know where filejuicer is dumping the files. Secondly, check the OSX version and make sure it can run filejuicer. Thirdly, make sure you downloaded the right filejuicer.

If everything works, and you still get no file, then answer this.

What happens when you put the file through filejuicer???

Everything works perfectly except when the "Black Box" appears. When I run the "Black Box" through filejuicer absolutely nothing happens. Even when I put it in the Plugins folder under documents.

Try this again. Delete filejuicer and the download it again, then try it. This is because filejuicer has a limited time period that you can use it for, however, you can get around this if you re-download it.

If that doesn't work, go into filejuicers preferences and make sure that all of the formats are checked.

If all else fails, send me the link and I will extract it for you.

No, first of all, give me a step by step process of what you are doing. And step by step means tell me everything that you see, everything that you do.

    Give me the OSX version.

    Give me the Filejuicer version.

If you can, a screen shot of the "Formats" and "Results" pages in filejuicers preferences would be very helpful.

And have you got any files through file juicer working?

Its just going to be better in the long run if we sort out the problem.

I have used File Juicer many times over.

There is a bug in certain versions that had been fixed, then not again. Sometimes when it juices a file it does indeed create a folder but it wont appear on the desktop. Its there though, just not visible. You have to go to your hard drive, users, your user and then desktop and there they are.

As for how they juice, once you drop it onto file juicer - assuming its not expired - it should run a progress bar, although it may be very quick.

The info hamish needs will help out a lot, so please post it.

Although one thing confuses be, the "black box" you speak of. I never got anything like that. If you can take a screen pic (press command-shift-4 then drag the box over the area to take pic) and send it to me I can maybe help too. unity@mac.com
