Parking lots are grass/ frequent crashs

So the title pretty much says it all some of my parking lots mainly landmarks they are gren like grass its a minor thing but it has been bugging me, also my game keep crashing not completely just minimizes on its own and it is getting frustrating im out of ideas please help.

You need to get the correct dependencies. In the descrption, it will list alll of the depencencies needed, and maybe even give you links. if there are no links, then you can refer to this list.

i am pretty sure i have all dependencies it is happening with origincal buildings like the city college and police stations except those are missing details, but how am i supposed to know which dependencies i need?

Check to make sure the game graphics option are not set to low.

Verdict/Problem: Parking Lots are all grass and frequent crashing. Solution: 1.) This could be caused by the conflict of the plugins/custom content inputted inside your plugins folder, please remove those that have been installed since this problem has started. 2.) Check your graphics settings, set everything to Medium, restart the game, and pray! 3.) Your computer may have conflicting programs with SimCity. 4.) This is always your last hope... Call the EA Help Desk.

i figured it out i changed the settings to high they were on low and removed a few of the plug ins ran a virus scan and now i am good, thank you all though for your help!!!!!
