Moisture Dataview?

There's an exemplar called "DataView: Moisture" in the simcity_1.dat.  It has a datasource listed, but nothing else.  To see if the data actually worked I changed the datasource of the air pollution dataview to one that moisture represents.  The ingame view of air pollution changed to this:

I'm not sure how to read this, but it looks like it still has the needed source data.  Now would it be possible to add this view to the game somehow without replacing another one?

Moisture? Interesting, but there really is no point to it unless you want to make forecasts for sims...

There's a property for all the water stations to choose the water source.  All of the default ones use 'aquifers' as the water source, but you can change them to either 'salt water' or 'fresh water' as well, which seems to limit their output based on location.  This is one aspect I always like in sc2k.

Hmm.. Not sure what this would be used for, but a great find! (Water aquifers seem to be everywhere in a city, not just near water sources)

It was probably an unfinished feature of the game, like the ANT (RHW) or an online aspect of the game.

Very interesting though...

If only SC4 were open source...
