Still a tough road for Tech, Oklahoma next week then Missouri inthe Big 12 Championship game. Bama Still has Miis state and Auburn+ Florida in the SEC game

I dont see the rankings changing that much, Bama and Tech 1&2 untill either of them lose.Texas & Oklahoma should move up to 3&4. Penn State will drop a lot. Boise and Utah will move up a bit, TCU will drop out of top 20.Florida may move up too.

    o crap they are losing?

BC is one win away from another acc championship appearance. Today, they jumped out to a 13-0 lead, then chris crane got hurt, backup qb came in, fumbled twice, both returned for touchdowns. Defense didnt really allow an offensive touchdown, because wakes only offensive touchdown came when they got the ball on our 1 thanks to a blocked punt, so, morally it doesnt really count. BC came back with less than 2 minutes on a few crappy miracle heaves that some how got caught, then defense shut down wake for the win.

    Almost 1/2 time

35-7 OU Tech can just not stop them at all

    Arghhh

    41-7 after a turn over.

Think ill turn it off and watch a red dwarf rerun.

Tech will drop to 20 after this.

    OU running up the score.

    65-14 Blech

    Late score 65-21

We can still win The Big 12.

Haha, check this out.  BCS is such a horrible system, I thought this fit perfectly.  It really gets worse every year.

    http://www.theonion.com/content/news_briefs/bcs_picture_made_clearer_by

    November 20, 2008
BCS Picture Made Clearer By Pretending Certain Teams Don't Exist

NEW YORK—Faced with ongoing criticism of what many believe is a flawed system, representatives from the Bowl Championship Series assured college football fans Wednesday that the NCAA football title picture becomes much less complicated when one simply pretends certain teams do not exist.

"Yes, Boise State and Utah are undefeated, but if there are no such teams as Boise State and Utah, considering them for a national title shot becomes a nonissue," said David Frohnmayer, chair of the BCS Presidential Oversight Committee, who acknowledged that many BCS voters already used a limited version of the technique. "Furthermore, if the University of Oklahoma is able to beat Texas Tech this Saturday, we are fully prepared to act as if there is no such institution as the University of Oklahoma, since if there were it would confuse the entire picture unnecessarily. And, as always, no matter what happens with the rest of USC's season, we will pretend that any team that comes between them and a BCS bid is imaginary." Concluded Frohnmayer, "The BCS works."

Texas could go to the BCS champoinship game if certian things happen, with out even winning the Big 12 south, much less the whole confrence.

Thats what they need to fix you shouldnt get to play for the championship if you didnt even win your conference.

They do this in the High school playoffs here too, teams with 3--7 records making the playoffs

    That just aint right.

A shame A&M has 0 Zero chance of winning tonights game even if it is a home rivalry game.

Imaginary teams that funny, I guess when Boisie beat Oklahoma a couple years ago in a BCS game that was imaginary too. Truly thats what they want to avoid, The want the big draw schools in the national games. Although the National ratings didnt seem to suffer for Tech VS Texas at all. Nor for The Boise VS OU BSC game.

Utah should be up there much higher then they are.

I feel bad for texas tech fans. Last year it was the same thing..BC started 8-0, had that incredible win versus virginia tech, was #2 in the country, then somehow got killed by FSU and fell back down to earth, lost the ACC championship, and then went to some bowl i cant even remember.

But good news is, BC is two wins away from the Orange Bowl.

Oklahoma takes care of Oklhoma State, creates the dreaded 3 way tie in Big 12 South.
tie breaker :the BCS rank that comes out tomorrow  for the right to slaughter Missouri.

Looks like, as expect, the winner of SEC and Big 12 Will play for the BCS Champion ship.

Assuming OU beats Missouri that is, If Missouri Win i realy dont see them puting Missouri

in at all, with Texas, Florida, Alabama,Texas Tech and Penn State who will all be ranked higher then MIssouri even if they beat OU.

    Bama loses.

    Florida Wins

Oklahoma currently beating the snot out of  Missouri.

    USC wins

Ball State blows  its perfect season

    Utah Idle

Looks like it worked out again for the BCS they will have a match up of 2 powerhouses

who travel well and  have lots of fans all over.

Looks like Utah and Tech get the shaft though.

BC got their arses handed to them by Va. Tech.

So BSC bowls that are essentially set in stone:

    championship: Florida versus Oklahoma

    orange bowl: VT versus Cincinati

Rose bowl: USC versus Penn State

and its safe to assume alabama, utah, then texas or texas tech will be in there somewhere.
