Hi, I've just started playing SimCity4 again after a 5 month hiatus. I've been looking at City Journals again, and I really like those master-planned, infrastructure first cities. I would really like to start a City Journal, especially one of those kinds of cities. However, I am clueless about what to download, etc. I already have NAM, and a few BATs, but I still fail at these extremely custom cities.

I would appreciate all the help I can get, you can reply or PM me if youd like.

I'll also give credit in the City Journal.

Don't post a tread twice.

Many of the CJ creators had years of experiance with building a SC4 city.

Start out with the basics, then create better and better cities as you learn more skills how to create a excellent city.

Try clicking the "popular" and "highest rated" tabs to find a ton of great content many members use in their City Journals!

I got the game the day it came out and i still have trouble creating a good city...i play it quite a bit
