If you mean can you close the roads to traffic, yes. Search the STEX for 'traffic control' and several items will turn up that allow you to close roads to certain kinds of traffic. I don't think any put cones or barrels out, but some do use images on top of the roads. Hope this helps...

the answer as you ask it is NO.. they would have to be prop's placed on ploppable lots Those are included in certain lots.. for example MML lots some have made, I don't know of anyone who has specifically done a lot like that.. this is your big chance to make yourself a name in the game.. make some..

Note: This is not exactly the same set as the images I showed above (it may have been deleted), but it's similar. I'm still looking for the other (sometimes older things can be hard to find on that site), but I thought these might do for now.

Got another... if you want.

Scroll down to the bottom and click the down arrow beside the blue 'Go' button...

Select page 4 and click go.

Scroll way down to the image and click the two construction site zips in the frame aboxe it.
