The two clusters of four dots represent two major cities in Natrolia: To the North, Numalpais (num-ahl-PEH), to the south Brilmade (BRIHL-mayd.)

The four-dot cluster is the capital and largest city of Natrolia, Neuf Malris (mal-REE).

Thanks a lot everyone! Since I have to transfer some stuff and install the actual game on my computer, plus I might have to leave my home for a few days, it's probably going to be a few days until it's ready, but don't worry, it won't be forgotten.

Good point, I hadn't thought of that, thanks, I'll change it right now.

edmonton stinks: Thanks! But this is only one of the three banks of the city, the other two are quite different as you will probably soon see. By the way, do you by any chance live in Edmonton? Do you know SCTV? That's pretty much the only thing that comes to mind when I think of Edmonton.

roboo1: Thank you! Unfortunately, it turns out the real regional map looks a bit different because of space constraints, but it's still a peninsula, so the basic idea is there.

jacquilina: Thanks, here's the first full installment:

First of all, thanks to all the BATers whose buidings I've used, especially to porkissimo and xannepan, whose great Paris buildings make up about 3/4 of the buidings in this installement. Second, a disclaimer, this city is pretty much cheated, it's almost entirely for visual purposes only, so don't ask me how to build up a city like this from scratch, sorry. Anyway, enjoy!

    -------------------------

    The City of Neuf Malrais:

The city of Neuf Malrais, the capital of Natrolia, is divided into three sections: the upper bank (the north-western quarter of the city), which is the oldest part of the city and contains the government complexes, the royal palace, and stunning Haussman-like architecture; the lower bank (the south-western quarter), which is the blue-collar section of the city, contains many old historic factories and sites of former cultural thriving; and the right bank (the entire eastern part of the city), the economic center of the city and, arguably, of western Europe outside of London, and is the only bank without a height limit for its buildings.

Today, we'll be looking at the upper bank. Here's the southern part of the upper bank. You'll see the main avenue (Avenue du unité2.gif leading from the government complex (lower left corner) to the royal palace (upper right corner). The arch there was a gift from the Yunsik Islands in the Carribbean, given at the fiftieth anniversary of their liberation, previously colonized by Natrolia. Natrolia was one of the first countries to have a nation-wide movement against colonization and imperialism.

One of the main sections of the city, to the right of the main avenue. It contains the Neuf Malrais city hall, the Prime Minister's House, numerous Government offices and ministries, the newly-built Natrolian National Archives and Library, and a monument to the founder and revolutionary of modern Natrolia, Jacque Dulcip.

The Royal Palace, currently held by Queen Delphine.palace.jpg

A few blocks east of the Avenue du Unite, the west canal, bustling with activity and famous cafes. The Neuf Malrais University is the most prestigious school of Natrolia, though the originally building on the left bank is only now used for administrative and exhibition purposes - most classes are on the main campus on the right bank. The Canal Theatre, built in 1914 is one of the older play and cinema venues, though relatively new comparatively to most buildings in its district.

"The Diplomat's House," it houses any foreign diplomats, ambassadors, or rulers visiting Natrolia.

The North Neuf Malrais Grand Train Station, which bears a remarkable resembelance to Paris's Gare du Nord (shhhhh), and a famous cafe/restaurant hangout of artists and writers, "the Crow."
