SC4 lot from dat

How could I take a lot file, such as the cargo terminal, from a .dat file such as joerg's airport pack ?

(I use those examples because that is what I am trying to do)

SC4 Lots:
Lots typically contain Two different distinct, yet linked, type of Exemplar Files at the most basic level. One Exemplar file contains the Data for the Lot, such as Plop cost, monthly upkeep, MenuIcon reference, menu position/placement, jobs, & more. The other Exemplar file contains data for the Lot itself, such as the size of the Lot itself, the different props, textures, animations, building (& more) that exist on the Lot. So if you open a *.dat file for a Lot, it will always contain one of these types of Exemplar files. Depending on the Lot & how it has been made, may depend on whether it has both Exemplar files.
The LotEditor should recognise any Lots contained in *.dat files. Otherwise, if you want to take a Lot file from a *.dat file, well you could simply open the file with the Reader & extract the files.
