I'm sorry iyouve already answered this but, what did you name that park in the end?

If you are talking about the large park in Verona with the Capital and the walkways, it is called Laconia Park, or simply Laconia. Oh and Otakunow to the North of Verona is Elba and Sagronda Bend. You can see those citys in the first pages of this journal.

 

I re did the airport AGAIN and I want to know what you guys think of it so here are some pics.

Keep this one it looks awsome. Or if not you should move the airport to the very southern tip of the peninsula, it may be a better place.

MTLT: Don't worry, This is how the airport will stay. I just want to know if there is anything slightly wrong with it, like I have to many/few large/small hangers or you dont like the placment of the control tower or it needs more grass areas. Stuff like that.

 

Otakunow: Thanx for the compliments on the airport but I don't quite know what you mean in the last part of your post.

Actualy, I allready am! I need to elevate the bridges that are over larger spans of water so that boats will pass under. In a few places though, you can see were I have bridges barly over the water.

hey, remeber what i told you about the rail tracks ... i've been cheking out the one in my country. it goes like lots of them like yours, but in the overpas, only one passes trough, and it divides again in several more

And it just keeps growing and growing!  The WTC builds sure fit nicely into that downtown of yours.  The new airport looks good as well.  I might suggest a runway running perpendicular to those three but it's not really necessary.  Looks good as it is.  Just a realism point, since modern airport controllers can time two aircraft so that one lands on the E-W runway, while another is just starting takeoff on the N-S runway.  Scary stuff especially since these runways often intersect.  But I like your region, especially the suburbs.

Ok guys, the waits over. This is the first of a searies of Up-close and personal updates. I bring with me 26 pics of Verona. Hope you guys like it!

 

 

This pic is centered on Cherry Tree Avenue. To the left you can see the commercial area of downtown. To the right is the residential sector.

 

 

Here is the inner sector of Downtown Verona. This pic is focused on the Nexis HQ and its sorrounding plaza. Origionaly only a single tower made up the building, but as the Nexis lot company grew and joined fources with yet another large lot company, CSX, The owner and founder of Nexis (mr.bisonm) Ordered the construction of the other two towers.

 

 

Another pic of the same area, but in this pic you can see the John Hancok Tower, The stock exchange (its grand central station), and the Verona Observation Tower.

 

 

A pic of the Main Commercial district and its many towers.

 

 

A pic further to the left in the financial center, In this pic you can see the oldest part of downtown.

 

 

Even further left, this pic is centered on the Wright Communications tower.

 

 

This is a pic of the World Trad Center Towers. These greatly increased the ammount of office space available in Downtown.

 

 

The main residential sector, You can see The Gardens, A local flower garden and a favorite of Verona;s inhabitants.

 

 

Of course, no update on Verona is complete without a pic of Laconia Park.

Hmm, well I might make an update tomorrow. It will probably be on the burbs or somthing. Don't expect another huge update like the last one for a while though.
