MCP - Modular Campsite Project

Ever wanted to create a realistic campsite in your certain scenic area?  Now you can, with SpectrumTech's Modular Campsite Project.  Any suggestions welcome.
As each camp lot is a park, they don't need to be connected to roads.  Therefore, I have created a bunch of park trail-roads that can connect it.
Here they are!

And I created some cottage lots and campsites for the people (Maxis BATs), plus a BAT of a water-electric hookup (my first, be kind...)

The grass at campsite's I've seen is rougher. You should try out the browner rougher grasses and see how they look. Also, for a specialized project like this you might have trouble getting everything with only what Maxis provided. You might want to see if there is a dependency pack or two that would be suited to what you're doing.

Try to use prop families when you can, to add variety. So that when you plop a few campsites next to each other they don't have the exact same trees, etc.

Is this going to be a lotting thread or a BATing thread? If it'll mostly be about lotting, I can move it to the lotting forum for you.

erm...the ideas been done to death as far as trails and path sets go....but hey...can't knock on a fellow pats fan....

    You think? I just created a basic crap path set that matches the campsite terrain and road connections. So, I am really not making this for the path set, but for the campsites. Not planning to release the paths seperately.  Thanks for the support patriots.
