City File Numbers

I am looking for a way to distinguish City numbers in My Documents/Simcity 4/Regions/City name

Each empty city grid is called like City - New City [number here].sc4

How do I tell which city grid refers to which file.. without going into city, saving it with a name, and then seeing which number dissapears?

I think it goes from left to right. But then it gets difficult when a city tile that is larger than the previous one pops up, eg. Small to large. Because then it can get difficult to see what city tile is named.

I suggest going into simcity and changing the names. Might be hard, but it can save you a lot of trouble latter.
