Someting funny going on when I zoom in on an area. Please Help!

Great thanks for that. I've installed the update located on the filesharing site. Now when I'm playing the game if I zoom right in over areas of the land theres like a fuzz over certain areas. For example When a building is being built over the top theres like a morphing type fuzz. The same happens over where the cars drive? Any idea why this is and do you know what I can do?? Please help. (Im on a Mac) Kind Regards Sam
