SIM CITY 4 Downloads and Plugins

Does anyone know where I can get the Downloads and plugins etc. for Sim City 4 Deluxe without registering the product?? Please help...

You can go to the STEX and download plugins on this site... See the ST-Exchange button on the top? That's where you go. 4.gif

I think what he means is to get Maxis files without actually registering at maxis to get them. Sam is not referring to the STEX or any other 3rd party site unless it contains official Maxis files.  I'm trying to do the very same thing.
