Help Identifying a Plugin

I am wondering whether anyone here could help me figure out what plugins are changing the texture of my road.  My roads look like this now:

Can Anyone tell me why that is, and what I can do to get them back to normal?

Looks like it could be some kind of Euro Texture Mod. Try searching your plugins for 'Euro' and see if anything comes up.

Thanks! I did just that, and did indeed have z_Euro Road Textures Mod folder, which I took out.  The problem is that, well, the problem's still there :-(
