So to, I guess I would need to "re-print" the picture to give an answer:

well I think it should be obvious that it isn't anywhere in Russia - that would be silly easy. If you look at the price list you can see characters. those a bit familiar with them could see that those aren't Japanese, but Chinese. Although in Japan KanGi -Chinese writing is used they are supplemented by a good deal of local Japanese characters.

So these are pure Chinese.. Well to the answer part - this is airport in Taipei - capital of Taiwan. Actually island is linked to Russia in some bizarre, strange ways. Chang's Sons and heir's wife was Russian for instance...

Ok, im sorry, but i need to make some corrections to people's comments about some stuff. 

Um...... Wichita's population has never been over 500,000, let a lone 400,000. It has the same population as St. Louis. Unless youre talking about the Metro Area, and then im sorry, my bad. But i think there are more people in the metro, and i KNOW there is far less then that in the actual city. LOL.

Also, the proper name is Kansas City International Airport. Refering to it as the Kansas Airport on the Missouri Side is highly offensive to Missourians because we payed for it and Kansas didnt. haha

And Wichita Midcontinent is a false name since KCI's real name is Midcontinent International Airport. And there cant be two, and KCI really is named that. So...

And im not yelling or anything, just making sure people see the names. Haha, thanks for your time. Hope you learned a lot!!! Tell everyone you know about MCI!!!! And how its KCI. And on the Missouri side!!!!!
