Well first u need somy's japanese home lots, then u get that block all maxis building thing, and then u block just $ residential maxis buildings. Then you zone by 4x4, or 4x(any number u please), the longer side always facing the road.

Sorry, its just that ive "discovered" MAS71's Japan River Projects, and they just looked absolutely awesome, im currently working to completely redo the city, especially the rivers and parks. But Ive also been busy with a lot of other things, and the city doesnt look... presentable yet. Give me some time, a lot of time. Until next time Im on break.
