Problems with adds

Hi, I have a problem with my parks and recreations menu. Every time I try to scroll down to reach the end of the menu it crashes and the only way to continue playing is reseting my computer. Can anybody help me? Thank you

Just wanted to ask a few questions to help understand your problem...

1) Is this a new problem?

2) Do you have the newest game update installed?

3) When you say 'scroll' do you mean with the mouse wheel or using the arrows on the menu - or both?

4) Does it do it only with the Parks menu or others?

5) Does it crash if you use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out?

6) Have you recently installed any new content or mods?

Sorry for all the questions, but the answers could help understand your situation better.

reinstal the game. it happend once to me but it was whever i reached a certain population like 150k or something.

Hi, It is not a problem with the game because the rest of the menus work perfectly well. The only problem is when I try to scroll down, with both the mouse wheel and the arrows, up to a point it crashes. I've recently installed a lot of mods and stuff but I've been deleting every mod that I think might be the cause of the problem but the problem persist. I have a lot of mods and I don't want to start over installing everything again. Is there any solution, such as a program or something similar that makes corrupt mods to show up? Thank you

Thought of a couple more questions... I'm just full of them aren't I ...

Does it crash at the same point in the menu?

And, while you're scrolling through the menu, have you noticed anything unusual in the menu - like empty spaces with no images? There have been things to cause that, but I've never heard of them causing crashes. Could be something to look for, though.

Also, you might try to check if you have any duplicate plugins - maybe different versions of the same lot... Just a thought.
