ok on my original simcity lots the second i download 1 thing another building or something all of my original simcity lots like eg. a 2 story house or whatever dissapear so i no longer can see the drive way or the parking spaces in a comercial building or even trees seats light posts on a friken park and i dont know how i can stop it or regenerate it the only way i know is to re-do every lot on lot editor but tha would take way too long...

anyone know how i can help it???

ok... here ill say it all again... and in a more understandable way....

as soon as i download a simtropolis lot my original lots or original overlay textures dissapear so i can't see the parking spaces and cars and patios from lots in simcity anymore..

the only way is to do it again on lot editor but that takes to long

i still have base textures like grass or tiles...

i just do get to see the bushes, shrubs etc.

if i download a simtropolis lot and it has these original simcity overlay textures i dont see them but if i dowload lets say a...

building with trees and different type of parking instead of shrubs and cars i will see it...

Uh. I'm afraid i Don't know a simple answer to that.

What City2TheMax is saying, is that you should Lower your settings. From 1280X1024 to 1024X860 or soemthing like that. Or even Lower the detail Levels.

You need to tell us exactly which lots you downloaded that caused the problem. There are very few downloads that could actually cause this, but we need to know which lots you downloaded that might be the problem.

The most common cause of this is not downloaded lots, but the city detail being set to low. This usually happens after applying the official updates.

Go to your graphics settings and check the city detail (see picture below). You will need to restart the game. If that doesn't fix the problem let us know.

Are overlay textures from Maxis or are you missing dependencies?

Hello everyone. I think I found why the overlay Textures and PROPS disappear from the original Maxis Lots. Tonight I installed and uninstalled SC4 RH several times trying out different MODS and stuff. 

It was tedious job but the problem occurs only when I install the SC update ( UPDATE_SKU1_TO_P1_B638 ) I tried it twice and got the same results. >>

For the experts in computers and programmes, does this make sense?

or you can just go high detail.... ask mentioned above it worked for me now my cities look awesome
