Changed Ratio

Hey there. I already posted about this in another Forum here, but there was no answer.. I guess, it just wasn't the right place...

Anyway, here you go:

The normal ratio of Jobs to Sims (regionwide) should be about 1 Sim : 0,7 Jobs I think

While this was the case with all my cities and region in the past, this suddenly changed about 2 months ago

Now I ALWAYS (!!!) have way more jobs than Sims (city- and regionwide), with ratios raging from 1:1,1 to 1:1,5

This is really going on my nerves, since I need large downtowns and/or industrial areas, even if my cities are supposed to keep rather low- or midrise

For your information: I didn't add any Mod considering this stuff for about the last year. I am using Radical Ordinance and the Anti-Downtown-Hole-One, but those worked for a long time already

Second time I post this problem.. second time I don't get any response...

If you need further info or want to tell me it's my fault... go on, then it seems you can't help me at least (and not just don't want to...)

The only guess I could make would be the radical mod, but you say you have been using that for a long time.
