Unavailable dependencies

Many of the lots in the STEX will only display properly if you download dependency files as well.  The trouble is that I find most of the dependencies are not available.  They've been unavailable for months -- as long as I've been a member of ST, at least.

This is a shame, because there's some really nice lots that I'd love to add to Andropolis.  But if they won't display properly (or worse, look like a giant brown paper package right in the middle of my city), there's not much point.  

Does anyone know whether the dependency files will become available again?  Or is there something I've missed?  Are they stored elsewhere, or something?

I think a number of them were taken off the STEX and are now limited to the LEX (the exchange at sc4d).

You need to register at the exchange on sc4 devotion (I think it's down right now)

I've noticed most if not all of the BSC's dependency packs are now available only through the BSC LEX at SC4Devotion ( https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/Default.htm )
