Custom Content Won't Grow...

Help!!! I have the Block ALL Maxis Buildings By DuskTrooper and I also have tons of growabble RCI buildings. I put those blockers .dat s in the Plugins folder and played one city for 40 game years. In that period only 3 custom buildings grew. Normally it would have only been two game years to get many custom BAT's. I took a picture of the city I was playing with, most of the custom buildings are plopable. 

Any help is wanted and/or ways to get more custom content to show up...

Hello un1,

First glance - I only see one (a 1x1) empty zoned lot. To grow on an occupied lot - doesn't the game need time to delapidate and evict the current occupant (amoung other considerations)? (And, that is presuming that there are RCI zones under the buildings - not civic zones, which won't see delapidation and eviction.)

NetPCDoc, I have demolished the development 3 times ever since I got the blockers... I just won't show up, I have kept the content I've gotten over the years...

un1, you may need to apply the MOD to a new, undeveloped city. But then, I am not familiar with the MOD. Have you tried with new undeveloped zones?

1.Make more larges zones

2.Make a new city and see with this bug happens

tungston: Yes, I have, I'm trying to find another one called BSC Maxis Blocker.

Madog: I can't restart the city, if I were to my CJ would be in ruins... Thanks for the tips...

If anyone can help me to find the BSC Maxis Blocker it would help a lot!!
