Located in the southern half of the Gardens District, the Movian Empire's Embassy is the most notable building. The area is lined with refurbished flats in 1950's residential buildings, making this district the most expensive to live in. It is noted that many celebrities, including Jude Law, Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie, Bonnie Hunt and Kate Moss own or rent homes in this district of the city. It is located in between the districts of Le Rouge, and the Government Plaza putting this area in the center of all activity. It is also located about 2Km from Bismarck Zentrum, the cities main train station.

 The district is full of the colorful apartments and flats that line throughout the entire city, but unlike other areas, are decorated with gardens in between them and the roads. Although the plaza's are city property, many residents of the city come and garden here because lawn space in something that is not found in the city. The result is one of the best maintained gardens in the whole city, with hundreds of flowers and bush's, fruit's and vegetable's. Every Thursday in the summer the city hosts a huge open air market that where the city sells the fruits and vegetables grown in the gardens.

Littered with a few High-rises and many banks the Garden District is also considered to be the Financial center of Chloe'. The city ranks as one of the top banking cities in the world, and more equity and money flows through this city and Zurich combined than any other city in the world.

Plattsdammer Plaza, the "unofficial" center of the city, host's the newly constructed Parliament Apartments, and the old Parliament building, which is now a museum.

Located about a Km from the Gardens district is the Bismarck District which is the French equivalent of the Gardens District.

This is one sweet update. I had to label this as one of my favorite CJ's. to visit. But so far I only saw a small financial district. Maybe you intended it that way, but great job.

Awesome update... truly! I love the fourth picture. It's so vivid it looks almost real... or better, even. The planted areas around those buildings are what make this update for me. I can almost feel the high summer wasp stings as I look at them! Your streets look great as well. You seem very adept at using the European buildings.

Holy cow I think you've outdone yourself Luke.  If thats even possible.  Im in love with the Movain embassy, beautiful building of white and black haha.  Oh and the garden district that is perfect.  Loooove the relotted Santa Maria building.  (I think that's what it is? ironically  I put it in Tierra's capital, Santa Maria..)  I think my favorite pic is the third one.

Jacky- That building actually came from SC4D and its by parodine (sp?). It is quite a lovely building and it came exactly as it looked, with the cobblestones. Dunno if you have seen the wonderful village peg stream set, it uses the same textures and it can create wonderful little villages. I will give you links to both of them should you want them. Anyway hope all is well with you!

Man, those shots are stunning! The fact that the castle is isolated from everything else just adds more to its beauty. Plus, the combination of the water and terrain mods is flawless. I think I see a winner for the SC4 Picture Competition.
