Levelling with the ANT

I've not played SC4 for about a year and I'm looking for some summer diversions. A big part of my small-scale terraforming was accomplished by plopping individual ANT tiles, for example to flatten a stretch of terrain in prep for a new road. As I remember, the reason I did this was that it did not cost to plop an ANT tile. But not that I've downloaded the new NAM I don't see the ANT. Is it still there? Is there a new option to do this type of micro terraforming?

To answer your question, the ANT Plugin no longer exists as a separate entity.  As of January 2008, it's been fully incorporated into the Rural Highway (RHW) mod, which you can read more about and download from the links in my sig. 

You should still be able to do what you did with the old ANT Plugin with the RHW.
