Borders of my map glitching when moving with mouse

Hi all, 

I just would like to know if someone can help.

Basically, when playing on a large map city, if i go to the borders of my map and scroll using right mouse botton I got strange glitches.

The strange thing is that if I scroll using the keyboard arrows, nothing happens.

I got Vista running on a lappy core duo 2.4 and nvidia M8700gt sli.

So you're saying that if you scroll to the edge of the map, you can't scroll any more?

That would be normal. Unless you're getting stuck there. Can you please clarify?

.it's difficult for  me to explain.. poor english that's why..

What it is happening is that the buildings at the edge of the map (and only them) glitch every time i scroll the map itself using fast scroll (right mouse). It does not happen if I scroll with arrows.
I'll try to post a picture..

Just started experiencing the same issue I think, removing plugins won't fix it. I've had no problems with SC4 up until now but just all of a sudden this happens.

Edit: Solved by reinstalling the game.

I used to have that on my old XP computer but with Vista and a better grapics card it stopped, magically. I never was able to pinpoint it to quick-scrolling though.

By any chance, did you remove the "Background3D0.png" -> "Background3D4.png" files from the Program Files plugin folder? I did that the other day and had an issue in my large city where graphics would glitch.

Reinstalling would fix the problem as the files would be put back.
