Chapter 3: Waves Upon The Sea

The ship was now steaming through the Atlantic ocean. The group of survivors were not told where they were going, all they new was that their new home was near the equator where the Earth was the warmest, they were all imagining what this new country would be like, some thought it would be a massive metropolis others believed that it was a lush landscape with lots of villages and Hobbit style houses.   

But little did they know the ship was going head long into a hurricane. The captain had the chance to turn around and retreat back to the safety of Britain, however he knew if they went back it could be six months before they could gather enough fuel for the ship so it could do the journey again. When the survivors found out they were scared but also angry at the captain but he had made his decision so all the survivors could do is hope the ship can make it through.

Soon the ship was being smashed about by the massive waves, the captain tryed his best to keep the ship on course but he was fighting a losing battle.

The ship was now disabled and lost in the storm. the waves were still getting bigger and coming in from all angles, when suddenly a monster rougue wave crashed into the side of the ship knocking it on to its side and engulfing the entire vessel, the hull had been smashed to pieces and water was pouring into every compartment. 

Everyone scrambled for the lifeboats when another wave struck the ship and the entire boat then dissapeard beneath the sea.
