A debugger has been detected!!

Alright so I just built myself a new computer.  Nothing is on this thing other than windows and maybe some music and utorrent.  What's a debugger?

The error message I get when trying to run sim city 4 is:

A debugger has been detected

Unload the debugger and try again.

I don't have a debugger.  I read it may be something to do with the sound card (which I don't have) or the graphics card drivers (which are the ones that came on the disk with my graphic card).  I read you may need older drivers??

Anyway though, I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and what fixed it for them.  My computer has an HIS radeon HD 3870 for graphics if that helps.  Any help would be great.

I got it fixed. It was something to do with my audio driver believe it or not.
