In order to build a roundabout, you have to have the Network Addon Modd (NAM). Click on the Modds & Downloads section, and the NAM should be somewhere near the top. Hope that helps.

Yeah, just get NAM and it will do all the work for you. You just plop the roundabout.

First - All roundabouts require NAM.

For street and roads roundabouts, form a 2 by 2 tile ring. The roundabout will form and the streets or roads can be extended from it. Also of note, if you have roads or streets intersecting to form the square, the roundabouts will form automatically.

For one-ways, form a three by three tile ring. The raoundabout will form with a space inside.

An avenue roundabout is available with the Jun 07 version of the NAM. It is in the Roads Transportation menu. This is one you just plop and extend the avenues from it.
