I read somewhere city need to get first wider than it will go taller. But i have only tall residential building half of them degradated from high wealth to medium welth ( cuz of commute time ) - dunno why i have good connections i think.

But commercial buildings are also all so small. Only 2-3 big ones with 2k - 3k jobs but not really huge scyscrapers.

Also i am playing on big map and have now 200 k pop. How it goes now i doubt i will reach even 500k on big map??? I am playing it for 87 years now.

Also i have arouond 97k comercial jobs and around 40k industry jobs (mostly HT or manuf.)

I have almost all stuff in city like Stoch excange etc..

wanna also upload picture but something dont work or i dont know how to do.

First of all, download the NAM, if you don't have it by now, that will lower your commute time. I'm guessing you have neighboring connections, otherwise you wouldn't be able to get 200k population... Make sure you have 4x4, or 5x5 zoned tiles, high density commercial of course, and build a useful transportation system.

Or, try downloading the patch from the official sim city site:

Hope that helps..

make sure you are zoned as high-density. Big mistake. i spent alot of time thinking R$$$ and C$$$ was directly related to zone type, which is why i never got scrapers cos i left all my zones on low density.

if you're getting vacancys, make sure you know the cause. if its commute, check the traffic data view and use the route query to find out where people are comming and going. try building some one-way roads, that usually helps the commute. remove any toll boths aswell that are between the Industry and the residential vacant buildings. bulldoze any buildings that go black as soon as you get a positive demand.

im already starting to get massive skyscrapers in my large-tile city and im only on 90k pop with 35k commercial.

you need a good transportation system, also you may need a much larger population. most cities with 200k dont have big skylines. you must also increase the region population, make sure they are connected to the main city. also you may want to download buildings off of here.
