I read somewhere city need to get first wider than it will go taller. But i have only tall residential building half of them degradated from high wealth to medium welth ( cuz of commute time ) - dunno why i have good connections i think. But commercial buildings are also all so small. Only 2-3 big ones with 2k - 3k jobs but not really huge scyscrapers. Also i am playing on big map and have now 200 k pop. How it goes now i doubt i will reach even 500k on big map??? I am playing it for 87 years now. Also i have arouond 97k comercial jobs and around 40k industry jobs (mostly HT or manuf.) I have almost all stuff in city like Stoch excange etc.. wanna also upload picture but something dont work or i dont know how to do.

U think to establish neighbourg city to sim region. But with SimNation u cant establish city there. U can just connect them, so i thought any of u have deals with them too.

I make conn. to SimNation with roads, pipes and electricity. I thought they will offer me some bussinnes deals but nothing. So what for are conections to SimNations? Any of u got some kind of deals with them?

hm i think schools, police, hospitals will only raise land value along with parks, but if u click on school, hospital, police u will see they will be all idle. I have 40.000 workers and i check school = 0 students. So if those structures boost land value and with higher land value comes high tech than Ok if u have them, otherwise they are totally usefull. This is how i understand things

If ppl just work in C or I city is it necessery to have police, firefighters, hospital or school there? Maybe firefigherts or police but school and hospital are useless. Im I right?

ok thx. One more question: where exactly do u put those files? Cuz i unrar them into my SC4 folder and everything was same.

I am new user of SM4 so this question was probably asked in past. Is this normal if cars constantly disapeared? I mean i wanna see cars/traffic in my avenue etc...but they disapeared every few tiles.
