After years of failed cities, i have finally built one that has some potential to it, this is just a quick preview,currently there is 240'000 people

in the city. there is over a million in the region, i still got a long way to go, and some improvements to make.

There is not enough custom content. The water is that annoying blue color, too. I recommend some modds and BATs, and some seawalls too.
