Traffic issues

As i'm sure you already know, Sim City 4's traffic thing sucks. i want a fix, without adding anything new to the game, no new streets, just a different draw course etc. I know abotu the NAM, but that adds way too much for my taste, i just want a more inteeligent drawing instead of the most direct course to point B, if you get my meaning. If anyone could point me in the direction of the MOD, that would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance, Akaizhar

You can install the NAM but only install the better traffic controller and one of the other stuff. It lets you choose in the installer.

Hey i dont know how Gmax, works at all, but i am wondering ? is it possible to have a under over highway where the highway is on top and under could be a ground level avenue or highway? also would it be possible to do this with trains,??? Just thought i would ask since i dont know how these tools work to make them otherwise i would be trying everything..........
