Wow, I saw the thread description and just had to check this out. Simply amazing mosaic, the lighting and glare effects are very nice, they make the image look very realistic, and it is nice to see some traffic in this one too, which was an aspect altogether lacking in the previous. In all, very realistic and I look forward to more.

Ouch, that seems to be quite a catastrophe, but I really like the logo and ticker effects you put in and also the quality of the images. Having higher quality images brings out the best in SimCity's graphics and also creates a more realistic feel.

That is one behemoth of a mosaic! Nice effects used on it, they really enhance those colors greatly. It's most evident in the crisp blue shades in the water and the green tops of the trees. As for the citybuilding, it's also quite good. I like the range of buildings used a lot. The port at the bottom of the pictures looks pretty realistic with the stacks of containers cleverly tucked in between PEG's marina lots. Lastly, the traffic is a nice detail, even if it's all artificial.

Oh, that's not good at all. Sadly, school shootings continue to occur throughout the world, with no end in sight. Despite all of the terrible news, once again, you've used a very nice variety of effects to make that shot look the best. Keep it up, looking forward to much more!

Well, it's not difficult once you learn... I can practically do it in my sleep now.... the hardest part for me is setting the shot up perfectly, because I'm somewhat of a perfectionist!

Thanks for noticing, I increased the saturation and decreased the contrast slightly as well as darkening the shadows fractionally.

Whew, big reply!

-On the mosaic all I did was increase the saturation, decrease the contrast sharpen the whole thing and then added a lens flare with a brightness of 120

- I only had about 4-5 repeats in the whole city, I'm a perfectionist, so I kept on growing things and destroying them and plopping a few until it looked just right

-The PEG lots were a bit of a gamble as I did not know if they would fit in all right, but good to hear that you like it! The stacks of containers were basically functional fillers that enhanced the area a bit as well as filling in the gaps.

-Artificial?! Awww... you caught me.... if only those Euro generators were a bit more discreet!

-Yes, it was because of the frequency of school shootings that I included it for realism, although I really think that all this slaughter of  children (and anyone for that matter) is quite repulsive.

I have the same citybuilding stlyes... I absolutely hate having repeated buildings, so the bulldoze tool gets quite a workout in my large downtowns!

The Embassy building looks awesome! Just the right amount of editing used (again) and a very nice location for it. Good use of the bridge as the main access point for the island, too.
