The Census Repository Facility that david1314 linked you to is the original one by RalphaelNinja.

Version 2, which I think nwo99 is referring to is available as an attachment to this post:

None of the versions are currently available at the LEX, but version 3 might soon be...

I thought it would be in the modds and downloads. i did not know you had to put down a building

Ahh.. well noted.. we use it so it seems obvious.. lol.. But to a "new user" I suppose that part might be a new twist.. hehe. Yes you have to build it in order to query it. It is in effect a "modified query" as you might find on any building, but it is "attached" to the building properties.
