  3. Yes i know its on the LEX. Well i'm still trying to break the 100000 barrier so stage 9+ buildings aren't a big deal. iwas just wondering would it make the gameplay any differnt like makeing higher capicity roads and stuff? Also where is that city life jornal? I can't find it.
