Healthcare nothing to be proud of in my cities..

I am currently working on a city that is going to be big hopefully soon, but for the moment has 1,400 sims in it. And 3 hospitals. All near them. With a lot of funding. And yet when I query them it says "poor" on healthcare, why is this?

How is the hospital coverage? Are the residential zones fully covered?

Also, what's the doctor/patient ratio? Do you have enough doctors?

Could you provide a screenshot of the area. Maybe I can provide a better answer.

Give it some time, it takes a while for the effects to set in.

Haha! Well.. it's not really centralized. I've even implemented free clinic programs. I have given it a few years and it does improve somewhat. I guess the opinion polls just need time.

Actually nationalised healthcare has helped many people who can't afford it; and since it's government funded a clinic will not close just because it's not profitable... I'm ranting. I'll stop.
