OK I did the Scandisk. Forgot about where it was. I still have the NAM in the Program Files. I'm running good. Traffic is sluggish though. At least I'm able to play. The current region I'm on has 40,000 pop. Lets see if it continues.

Scandisk didn't reveal anything. I didn't think it would. My system has been running good since I have it. My only problem has been with SimCity.

oops my bad tungston, i meant to say disk defragmentor. OMG tell me u didnt re-format?? i'll feel so bad. that was a HUGE typo. sometimes my fingers get ahead of my brain, ya know lol.

EDIT: i do know the NAM, depending on which plugins u picked, especially the radical plugin, will have a significant impact on performance since it's CPU intensive. if need be, just un-install the NAM, and pick a different set of plugins, or try different combonations of them. run the game, and see what happens. 

this will only get worse the large the city grows if u have the radical or perfect pathfinding installed in the NAM.
