Quick question about resizing the config -- LET THREAD ARCHIVE

I created a custom config with a line of small 1x1 cities going from the center to the top and right edges, to leave room for later expansion.  Now, I'm doing all of the terraforming myself, so these tiles haven't been touched since creating the new map.  My question is this: Can I go back and make larger cities in place of the line of 1x1s that haven't been touched since creatin without messing up the region? (i.e. overlapping cities)

You can change the sizes if you haven't done the terraforming. If you have terraforming, you could make a new region and import those cities, as long as they are the same size.

Okay, thanks. I haven't done any terraforming on the cities I haven't built up yet, I'm kind of terraforming the cities as I go.

It never hurts to copy the region to a backup folder as you work, so if you do mess it up changing the city sizes you don't lose anything.

Thanks for the advice! I'm a little new at the hand terraforming thing, even though my very first region was hand terraformed, after creating that, I found ST... and all I would use was the jpg maps.

I do my regions by hand also, I like to use water to connect the neighboring cities.
