Heya, I kinda have 2 downtowns, although i regard 1 as the City Centre and the other as the financial district. Anywho here is a snapshot of my city Centre at the moment. It's not as well developed as other's but i think it's nice

Not as impressive as most of the downtown area's in here. But Logan the largest city in my region at 220.000 pop. No added files at all, just standard SC4:

I tend to go for the American downtown look... where its mostly low-rises until you get to a central core where the buildings are the tallest.
