Trouble with CAM

My computer can't open any type of CAM so I can install it. I need the Super Demand Ordinance mod because I am having rock bottom demand problems in my main city. Also, I need help with CAM, not talk about it. I want to know how to open and install Super Demand Ordinance mod correctly, not how to fix the demand problem. If you want to help me fix the city demand problem, go look in, Why is my city connection isn't being used?. I know, that tread somehow got off topic from connection problems to city demand problem.

P.S. I already installed NAM on my computer.

Go to winzip.com, click "Downloads", then "Download Evaluation".  This will get you a shareware version of winzip.  There is plenty of documentation on how to use it included.

Winzip is something I find it hard to be without, if you're like me you will download your shareware version to a registered copy.

I am not going to buy a program that is 29$ or 49$ to order to open the CAM.

I am using Window xp home edition

Also, which type of program( I will not accept programs that cost money) do I need to order to open the CAM?

Doesn't XP home have its own unzipper?  I know professional does, but I prefer Winzip.

Oh, you can use the evaluation copy of Winzip for 30 days (last I checked) without paying anything.

Can you post a picture of what it does when you double-click the zip file? I might be able to help then.

There is a free trial of WinRAR, and after that I think it just asks at startup if you would consider buying it...

If you're trying to open the .DAT/.SC4LOT/etc. files, you shouldn't. Move them to the My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins folder.

    Hahayoudied...

*Download and install WinRAR - Sounds like you did.

*Download the flies (Super Demand Ord.) from the STEX - Sounds like you did that, too.

*Use WinRAR to unzip the Super Demand Ord. that you downloaded from the STEX.

*Place the unzipped file or folder in the Simcity4/Plugins folder.

    *Run the game.

    Hope this helps. CC
