Avenue shows as blank space!!! (Rush Hour)

Hi, installed sim city 4 and rush hour, and even though roads, streets and other buts appear fine the avenue just shows as a blank space when I build them... uninstalled and installed again about 3 times, and updated the game etc with no luck. Does anybody know how to fix this issue please??

Very odd, never heard of this bug before.

Firstly, make sure you do not have any custom content installed.

Secondly; be sure to update the game. There is a patch/update for RH/Deluxe on the official site (somewhere).

Thirdly: I would suggest updating any device drivers that may need updating, especially for Graphics card.

Fourthly: play. play. play

I had this problem once too... just reinstalled NAM and I fixed it (if you have NAM )
