    I 've read all the posts and looked on your site but for some reason I cannot find the SC4Update4BAT file. I've looked there 10 times and I just don't see it. I see a lot editor and bat installer.

    I did all that and it didn't work. But now it's fixed. I had to reapply the road textures.
  4. Has this issue been resolved? I am also looking for a solution to this.
  5. I'm running SC4 Rush Hour and for some reason when I try to build an avenue it will not show up. Sometimes just the median shows up. This is with and without the NAM. Any thoughts? My specs: Windows XP Duo Core 2 3.0 GHZ 256 MB RAM ATI Radeon 2600XT 3GB RAM 320GB Harddrive
