I am a complete newguy (lol other word was filtered) probably to the forum but i got SC4 with the rush hour deluxe thing 3 months ago about. Anyone recommend any downloads or tips or something for me thanks if so!

Hey Taylor1, welcome to Simtropolis!

The best mod (in my opinion) is called the NAM (network add-on mod), which drastically enhances the flexibility of your road, rail, and highway networks.  You can download it HERE. 

Other than that, if you check out the Mods and downloads section in this site, you will find a lot of stuff that can change the way you look at Sim City 4!

You can also check out the STEX (Simtropolis Exchange) for an extraordinary amount of custom content ranging anywhere from a park to a mile-high skycraper!

Thanks Haljackey, now to find this SC4 plugin manager i have heard alot about i can't seem to find it with out registering my SC4 and i can't find the registration code :S

The Plugin Manager is installed by the SC4 BAT installer, after you install gMax. You need to be registered, and logged in at the EA site before you can download from there.

I know but every code on my cd thing that i have is either already taken or is in-valid So i can't download the B.A.T. at ALL
