Making Buildings

Hey, I want to make the Clarion Hotel Building in Raleigh, NC. But, I don't know how to make a building. How do I make one?

I would start there, explains how to use GMAX to make a building. Of course, you need Sim City BAT, GMAX, and the Lot Editor with Plugin Manager as well, but these can be found at the EA site for Sim City 4, or look in the forums for a thread titled "Get you Maxis files here!" in the General Discussion area. Other than that, it's all trial and error and learning.
