Plugins in SC4D and Vista don't start.

Hi there. I've got the deluxe version and running 32-bit Vista and i can't get any plugins up and runing, i've followed the faq/info on what plugins one needs, updated the game, and downloaded thoose plugins.

it doesn't work wiether i put all plugins in the "program files/sc4/plugins" folder or the "my documents/sc4/plugins" folder.  Or put the bldgprop_vol 1 & 2 in the origin and the rest in the my documents folders.

The mods im currently trying to get to work is News_Filter, OperaHouse, SimoleonModd and THL_DataViewMod_MoreDetail.  None works.

Any idéas on what i can do. and how i can tell if the modd starts?

I've searched for a basic troubleshooting FAQ but can't find any.

I have 32-bit Vista as well, and the OperaHouse mod works fine for me. I have not tried the other mods.

Best bet is to add each mod one at a time and see when it crashes.

Personally, I put all my plugins in the Program Files plugin folder.

make sure it's the right folder, although i don't know whether or not it makes a difference. take mine for example, i used what the game came with:

C:\Users\Jerome\Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins

With Vista it's better to use the documents folder because of the security issues, not all users have administrator rights to the program files.
