Nintendo Power turns into Future Us?!?!?!

I'm not sure if anyone here gets and reads Nintendo Power, but if you do, you'll know that they just changed owners. They are now owned by Future Us.   They let some of the people go and its just not the same. What do you think?

They did this recently with the Official Nintendo Magazine in the UK. It just isn't the same. It used to be funny and intelligent, but there are too many mistakes, whether it be with spelling or other things. In the review of one game, they said the rogue country you fight against was based on South Korea...

No they didn't change the name, they just changed the owners.

It wouldn't really be nintendo power if they changed the name... But is Future Us just the publishers and not the owners? Seems kinda strange why Nintendo would suddenly sell the magazine.
