Rush Hour: the same

Hi guys, I'm from Italy. I've installed the SimCity Rush Hour Expansion but the game seems not to be changed. It is all the same: is it a problem? And I have another question: how can I use the downloads of Simtropolis (new buildings, Modds, etc...)? Thanks for the attention

Can you tell us the version of SimCity which you were using before? The deluxe edition is simply a pre-made package of Rush Hour and Vanilla.

3.)The autosaurus wrecks and UFO disaster tools

4.)Difficutly setting feature upon establishing a city

5.)Signs and labels tool

6.)Avenue, one-way road, and ground highway tools

7.)Ground/elevated highway T-Intersections and clover leaf styled interchanges

8.)Grand railroad station as a reward

9.)Monorail tool

10.)Elevated railway tool and elevated railway station

11.)Subway to elevated railway transfer

12.)Toll booth

13.)Passenger/passenger and car ferry terminals

14.)Building style control feature

15.)Congestion versus volume feature on traffic data view

16.)Commute time feature on traffic data view

17.)Taxes management tool

18.)Microphone tool

19.)UDI (you drive it) feature

20.)My sim transportation features

If you've installed the rush hour expansion to your vanilla sim city 4 and still don't have these features, back up any cities you want to save and get the deluxe edition of SC4.  It should be at stores in most places.

To answer your second question, to install items from the STEX and other fan site exchanges in general there's a tutorial written by SWAT-MEDIC, a fellow simtropolian, which can be found here.  You'll want to upgrade before you start downloading, as most files are only compatible with RH (for example, you need elevated rail for a custom rail station to work!).  Have fun here and enjoy yourself!

I assume you had the deluxe version?

If so you don't need the rushhour EP as Deluxe is SC4 vanilla + RushHour together.
