I was wandering how to get round-a-bouts for avenues, streets and/or roads.

Hello!

To get those features, you need to download the Network Add-on Mod, and you can do that by [clicking here].  Read the read-me so that you don't get lost along the way with the install.

Once you install it, it's easy to lay down roundabouts.  Simply draw a two-by-two circle of street or road, and they will become small cul-de-sacs, lay a three-by-three square of one-way roads to make a road roundabout, and you can choose an option in the Transportation Menu to plop down avenue roundabouts.

Also, there is a readme in the NAM 2007. Many people have asked how to build roundabouts without looking in the readme file. There are also pics to help you along.

does anyone know how to make it so that the cars in Simcity 4 drive on the left?

It says left to right but if you run the file called "Languageremove" (without quotes) it should work but I give no garentee.
