Here are a couple Region shots

The Downtown is coming around the Population of the med size map is now around 110,000 even though a good third of the map is zoned with Agriculture.

Opera house near the waterfront

The KOIN tower in the southern part of downtown

Low Rise district could use some developing in the future

A new prized building near the waterfront really brings the city together

The outskirts are developing but things still run at a little slower pace.

Maybe some more trees where there is bare grassland? If you don't know how to do that, then hold ctrl+alt+shift and click on the God mode option. Oh and be careful if you plant them next to raised highways because the trees grow through them.

Your city looks impressive though, keep it up! I'd like to see more.
